Account Access

We had a person create our website through DreamHost. We can no longer get in touch with that person, to get access to our account. Is there any procedure on gaining access to our website? We are unsure of what email address he used when creating the account. Our domain is , which is owned by Brad Merritt Any help greatly appreciated.

and choose the lost password option. You will have to prove ownership, following a well established protocol they have for exactly these situations. Hopefully you have your own account, and not a domain technically owned by the “former person” on his account.

I found his email, I’m going to try to contact him through there. If I can’t I’ll try to go through the chain of command. We paid him, who intern paid DreamHost, so I might have a problem. Appreciate the quick reply.
