I’m a new account. Cannot access control panel, support or get a response. I’ve had this account for a week. I finally figured out how to get to the forum. I’m really unhappy with DreamHost and will cancel as soon as I get a response.
So as soon as someone helps, you’re bailing? Maybe they’ll see this and realize that if they never help you, you’ll stick around, seeing how it’s not in their best interest to help a customer like you.
