Access request to a cancelled account


Hi, I cancelled a hosting plan a few days ago. My customers said they all had a backup, but one of them didn’t perform the backup process correctly and now he has lost his web.

Is it possible to be granted a time limited access (a week, for example, or just 2-3 days) to the files and database of this hosting?
