Relay access denied often means that you are trying to send mail through a server that requires login creditials without using any.

Make sure you have login credentials configured for the outgoing mail server.

i can send email to like a million other people, but why not to *@trivisionworks.com?

why does it give that same bounce mail to hotmail, yahoo, ibm, att?? hmm?

something is wrong w/ dreamhost, is as simple as that.
