If the rest of the error says something like...
error id: "bad_httpd_conf"
You may be able to fix it yourself. Simply go to domains -> Manage Domains, click Edit for the relevant domain (under the Web Hosting column) then click the Change fully hosted settings Now! buttonm without making any changes.
This causes the Apache configuration file to be rebuilt and may solve the problem. If it doesn't then I'm afraid you will need to lodge a support request.
