Hello there,

I am also experiencing same problem here on my website. I needed to upload some products into the site, was able to do all of these a day before this occur, but now I am getting error 403, the entire website is down, but to be honest the most painful and annoying thing here is that no single reply from tech support, the website is an ecommerce with over 5000 high quality products designers shoes and clothing, high volume of customers patronage, loosing business, I think dreamhost should change their habit in this area.

This is bad. No one ever go into business to loose customers and loose money.
