I just sign up for a shared hosting account (Account No.: #1487919), and unfortunately I added two service plan. Now show me:
“You currently owe: $229.81”
This price is double, that what I really owe for this service.
I opened a support ticket (Ticket No.: #5880314), but I feel I have to write here as well.
I know, support works only weekday, between 09:00 - 17:00, but what can I do something else for this case?
