2 Service Plans added


I just sign up for a shared hosting account (Account No.: #1487919), and unfortunately I added two service plan. Now show me:

“You currently owe: $229.81”

This price is double, that what I really owe for this service.
I opened a support ticket (Ticket No.: #5880314), but I feel I have to write here as well.

I know, support works only weekday, between 09:00 - 17:00, but what can I do something else for this case?

You are correct - our Approvals team only works Mon-Fri during normal office hours (our tech support team works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). You’ve done everything you need to do on your end; Thanks for submitting a ticket about this! As soon as our Approvals team gets to work on Monday morning, they will be able to manually review your pending account, as well as remove the unnecessary hosting plan.
