I have yet to receive the disk space upgrade from the 10 year anniversary over a year ago. I’ve opened a couple support tickets, but it has not solved the problem. Here’s the first one:

No, you’re right about that. We’re just not doing it immediately for
existing customers. We’ll be extending your disk space soon, but we want
to make sure that we’ve got the hardware to handle that before we make
any huge changes like doubling everyone’s disk space.

It seemed like a valid explanation at the time, so I gave them a while to make good on it.

I’ve been asking about this and I’m honestly not too sure on any ideas on
when disk space will be extended. Can I ask you where you hear this from?

As you can see, I’m getting concerned about this upgrade. If I would have known that I would NOT be getting upgraded during the 10 year anniversary, I would have re-registered when they were selling the 500GB package.
Is anyone else having this issue?
