Does anyone know why it might be taking so long for support to help me with a support request? Especially since my site is down.

It seems support is somewhat backlogged of late. If you’re desperate for a response, you might thinking about upgrading it to a site outage emergency. Alternativly, you could actually post your issue here and see if there’s somethign you can do on your own to fix it.


Thanks for the reply. I did put in a site outage report and they just responded saying that it was not a server wide problems so they won’t look at it. As for posting the problem, I have so. Here it is:
