I have filled in the Registration section as instructed, and, on the next screen, agreed to pay $9.95 (a note says that this will not be charged if this is my first registration - which it is). There was an onscreen confirmation message, but I have not received an email. I have repeated the process. I do not have access to the 'support' link in the wiki.

There is nothing to pay in my billing section.
