OK, I got it...

We have sent a fax, we added credit card to the panel at DreamHost Smile

Now we just wait... for approval... and so we can pay soon for the plan Smile

PS Payment system for first-time customers should definitely be updated with some kind of tutorial/instructions, what can you do in case you cannot use GoogleCheckout (because your country is missing from the list), but you own a valid credit card! :-)
