I am very confused. My account says its pending and I am on a 2 week free trail but I paid the first months payment. Also the website is not letting me do one click installations ... whats going on? please help

Your account is not approved. Depending on your payment method and your location, it may take a bit longer to get it approved. If it has already been pending for few days, I'll suggest you to contact DH support via DH panel --> Support --> Contact Support
