We are using the theme made in artisteer coding, we have the exported HTML coding for out website as well, what we need to happen is just to have our wordpress blog in the blogroll postion with the wordpress layout we designed in artisteer.

You would need to edit the html file directly in whatever text editor (notepad would work in a pinch if you didn't have anything special for the purpose). Without you showing us the page you created or the url to your blog no one can be specific on what exactly you need to put where.
