The "for <envrecipient>" is not there in cases where there are multiple envelope-recipients. When they upgrade to Postfix V2, this will be fixed and an "x-original-to:" header will be present. Junk filter might add one already. Could be wrong, but I think there is a longer post about this somewhere.
