really though, i might end up having 250 different wikis.. yes. i know how to utilize wiki families so i don't have to do 250 mediawiki installs. :)

i think i am just really narcisistic though... my dreams are too big, perhaps? i kid ... there.. i think.. perhaps...

really though, i am doing this 1. to perhaps make money and 2. create something whereby people can better their lives and the lives of others.

i list those in no particular order... and i don't think i am lying to myself, at least not too much, when i say that. serious

Chinese is huge already. China had a relatively closed web compared to most countries, but the number of users in it is amazing. They're still rolling out into the 'main' Internet so statistics are changing daily re language patterns.

Coming from a particularly studious culture, the large percentage of Chinese Netizens are fluent in English, but having content available in local languages would definitely increase both the hits coming in from organic search results and the chance of backlinks being included on Chinese-only sites.

Spanish is a biggie if you're targeting the Americas too.

thanks. my traffic numbers have been doing a bit better lately...

but i would still like more traffic, so that i could actually start to make some money off adsense.

money is not my sole motivator for running the sites that i run, but we all have bills to pay. most of us, anyway.

i added a live chat feature to the site....

... i am fixing the domains up (en.wikademia.org) so i can go international. i was reading today, and there are only about 216 million internet users in the United States... and about maybe 1.5 billion other Internet users outside the United States. I have had visits from citizens of about 100 countries...

i figure i should go international.... the market is larger that way. although, many ppl probably do speak english... Chinese will be more popular on the Internet than English soon, i thnk I heard.
